Real Estate in this area tends to be highly sought after.
The Annapolis addresses are mostly single-family homes, starting in the mid $300,000s to some waterfront estates with expansive
acreages running multi-millions of dollars. Cape St Clair is the most urban part of the peninsula with many lots being .2 acres, which
was fine for the small weekend cabins that escapees from Baltimore frequented. Occasionally one finds the small cabins still in use,
but most of them have been torn down replaced by more substantial homes built for year round living. The Cape waterfront properties
can have some of the most wonderful and costly views in the area. There are only a few townhouse communities
for those who want the advantages of the area for less cost.
Arnold addresses tend to be slightly less costly than the Annapolis addresses on the peninsula--but there are still many large exclusive
homes. There are also some clusters of town house communities and a couple of apartment complexes for those who want the
advantages of the Broadneck Peninsula but cannot afford the average home prices in the area.
Severna Park addresses tend to be a bit pricier. There are also plenty of waterfront or water privileged communities in this area.
There are few smaller lots and townhouses in the area.
