Well it's yes if you have a reasonably good credit rating and are willing to do the work necessary, or hire people like me willing to do the necessary work for you.

Many people find that Investing in Real Estate can be financially and personally rewarding. They find that they meet new people, make new friends, and get a whole new set of resources. Most important of course, is it can build long term wealth for you and your loved ones.

The Annapolis area is looking at a long term positive demographic--more people are moving into the area than moving out--and excellent schools, and easy commutes to major work cites; so the outlook for a long term positive return on investment is well...positive.
