Then we set up an appointment at your house. We meet and talk get to know each other and you show me your house.
I give you some ideas and take some measurements.
We set up another appointment for signing contracts and setting your selling price.
Then we get to work--you on your house--me on marketing your house.
I'll explain the rest as we move forward.
